Engagements
Three ways to work together.
Fixed-scope project
A defined deliverable with a defined end, priced as a whole. Suits a journey redesign, market assessment or pricing review.
Monthly retainer
An agreed number of days per month across an initial term, where design and implementation run in parallel.
Advisory days
Senior commercial input for founders and boards, without a full-time appointment.
Work is delivered remotely, with travel where required. Most clients begin with a defined first phase.
